The frag grenades

Nathan quickly locked the launcher attachment to his rifle, he loaded in a grenade and steadied himself as the monstrous creature approached. With the beast's belly clear in his sights, he pulled the trigger. The grande lobbed through the air but between the moving beast and speeding vehicle, it hit just off of where Nathan intended. the grenade burst just behind the dragon charring its back and damaging its' wing. The dragon's loud anguished roar nearly popped Nathan's ear drums.

The enraged beast swooped in for an attack on the vehicle, Hadley clipped its' neck with a round of her sniper rifle but the dragon still managed to flip the vehicle over, scattering about the entire crew. Jericho and Nathan the two most experienced in combat, quickly got onto their feet and dove behind the overturned vehicle for cover. The rest of the crew had been hurled into the woods with the exception of Hadley who lay **** on the dirt road. The dragon was coming back around for another attack, Nathan had to act fast.
