Maddie maddie looked at her roommate. "Just ignored those warnings huh?"

Have you always like the idea of flashing people but never dared to do it? Or do you really want to get back at someone? Either way, this ritual may be what you are looking for. The Upskirt Curse is a long lasting spell that will do exactly what the name suggests. The target's skirt will continuously move to cover as little as possible. Whenever possible it will find some logical excuse for this to happen. Maybe the wind suddenly picks up, maybe they fall or their skirt gets caught on something. With the curse active suddenly all of these events will cause the target to be exposed. But what if no opportunity presents itself? Even then the curse will exact its effect. The longer it has been passive, the more likely the target's skirt will randomly fly up. And it will probably be in more spectacular fashion too.

There is some nuance however. The curse is able to "read the room" as it were. It is more likely to activate when it's effect will be embarrassing or arousing, but less likely during certain other times. Unless the target is particularly aroused, it is unlikely to activate during a funeral for example. But when speaking in front of a crowd or while on a date, you can safely assume the target will be on full display.

"Well it's effect is directly tied to how aroused you are, so just try not to think about how horny it makes you."

"It doesn't"
