Where does he go now?
The first door he saw when he first entered
Standing in this way for another long while, he eventually tore himself away from the mesmerizing throngs of these, at least seemingly, infinitely varied demihumans – some of whom looked completely ordinary to him.
He made his way down the hallway, and continued down opposite the way he had entered. There was a staircase at the end of it, going both up and down. Yet on this floor itself there must have already been dozens of doors! And so it was still his duty regardless to apparently just walk around looking at people being tortured...
Enough, he thought to himself. He hadn’t even seen anything for himself yet, so he couldn’t say anything else.
He marched right back to where the entry gate was and locked eyes with the very first door that was on his left. He took a deep breath and confidently pushed his way through the door, and took no more than a few steps into the immediate room before stopping dead, as the door shut automatically behind him with an audible clap.
