The first door (women)

You take a name from the hat; Isabella Fabienne is your name for the night, should you choose to use one.

You step through the door with the other women into a huge dance room. You see the men filtering in just to your side; apparently the separate doors are just to separate out the people who came together. It would be almost impossible to find someone now in the mass of costumes and disguises.

Music begins, and almost at once you find yourself with a dance partner; a man you assume is supposed to be the Phantom of the Opera. You smile a little at the choice.

“What’s you name?” Asks the man.

“Isabella Fabienne,” you tell him, trying to put a little bit of a French accent into it. “Yours?”

“Erik,” he replies.
