The doctor has a suggestion.

'Okay, John,' Doctor Harper began, her rubber fingertips still periodically moving him around. 'Since I can't identify any sort of visible infection or rash, I think the problem may be coming from the inside, rather than the outside.' He looked down at her, though seeing the admittedly attractive woman's head so close to his groin sent a shiver through him that he'd rather ignore, and looked back up to the ceiling. 'If that's the case, we might have to run some tests to determine what exactly is causing you this pain.'

'Tests,' he repeated, his voice almost cracking. Louise snorted, still hiding her amusement. 'What kind of tests?'

'Well, before I suggest anything, it's important for both of you to know that you don't have to do anything you aren't comfortable with. Do you understand?'

Doctor Harper looked up at him from her seated position in front of his naked shaft, her fingertips still delicately holding the head, and he nodded quickly, not wanting to focus on the situation any more.

Her grip finally released and she turned to Louise, who suddenly straightened up and appeared normal enough before the doctor could see her hiding her laughter. 'Understood, doctor,' Louise said, her sarcasm only obvious to John.

'Very well,' the doctor said, turning back to him. For the first test, then, I think it would be wise to see if John is still able to get an erection.'

He couldn't believe he'd heard the words leave her mouth. Had she really said that? He looked back down at her and her serious expression told him it had really happened, and she meant it. John looked at Louise and was surprised to see that, after the doctor's suggestion, her face had finally hardened, and no amusement appeared to be left.

'Are you two both okay with that?' the doctor asked.
