The dawn of your second day.

The light of the rising sun gently awakens you. When you look around, you notice that Kris and Susie aren't where they were last night. In fact, you can't see them anywhere in the apartment. What you do find, however, is a note signed by Kris taped to the fridge. It reads, "Eggs, cheese, milk, chocolate syrup, Ice-e's frozen p"e"zza, and more milk." Feeling pretty confident that this isn't meant for you, you flip the paper over and find an actual message written on the back. "Vessel, left for classes. You already have the spare key. If you want to see more of the town, use the map that Susie found for you. Be back in the evening." Underneath that is a couple crude drawings of a giant lizard destroying some buildings. Looking around the kitchen counter, you quickly find the map that was mentioned in the note and take a quick look through it. While most things don't seem of much interest, you do find a couple of locations that could be worth visiting. You pocket the map and think about your options. You could explore some new places in town, or revisit some places you've already been. You could even just stay inside all day if you so choose, but you doubt anything interesting will happen. From what the note said, it seems like you could spend some time with Kris in the evening if you return to the apartment at that time, though you do something else at that time instead if you truly felt like it. But before you can worry about any of that, you have another decision to make.
