The checkup goes longer than expected

When Angela gets into the house is when her and Tori go to Tori's bedroom upstairs to do the so called checkup while Scarlett goes into the kitchen to do something while also hanging out in the living room after being finished in the kitchen. Which leads her to watch some TV in the living room which was fun until she realized that an hour has passed and the checkup is not over yet. So that leads Scarlett to head upstairs to the bedroom where the checkup is taking place which leads her to open the door only to see something she could not believe.
