The cage

Dreams... What are they? Things we aspire to be when we're younger. Things that seem all too real until we awaken. Some are called nightmares. Others are just fantasies we wish would happen. But for Nancy McKenna, her dreams had become chaotic, confused, nightmarish, and at times vividly real. She dreamt she was cold, naked, alone, walking through a frozen wasteland that seemed to have no end in sight. The snow swirled all around her, partially obscuring her vision of what lay ahead of her. Then she heard a voice. It was a familiar voice. It was Syd's voice. "Come back to me!" she called out. Nancy stopped and looked around in all directions. "Where are you?" she cried out. "Follow the sound of my voice! I'm here to save you!" came a hopeful reply.

She started walking in the direction she thought Syd's voice was coming from. "I can see you!" came Syd's voice a few minutes after. "Keep walking the same way!" Nancy's pace quickened. All she wanted was to be warm, to feel safe, to be held by Syd. She could see a dim light like a fire burning in the distance. The closer she came to it, the brighter it became. Then she saw the outline of what she thought must be Syd. It was a dark figure wrapped in something. Maybe a blanket? Her pace quickened more until finally she arrived and fell before a blazing, warm fire. "I thought I'd never see you again!" she exclaimed. She finally found the strength to look up at her savior she was sure was Syd. But to Nancy's horror it was an abomination that had Syd's body and Syd's voice, but not Syd's face. The thing that looked at her now was alien. It grinned at her with razor sharp teeth and burning eyes of gold that seemed to stare through her, making her feel even more naked than she was.

"You thought you were saved!" laughed Syd's abomination. "You will make such a tasty meal!" She walked over to where Nancy lay. Four tendrils suddenly appeared and pulled her to her feet. Terror seized her, but it was too late to get away. "You're not Syd! You're a monster!"

"No, you're the monster," came the abomination's retort. "You invaded my world. How pathetic you are! No clothes and no weapons to defend yourself with! Such easy prey! Now it's time to feast!" The abomination opened its mouth and slow drew Nancy towards it. She could feel the razor sharp teeth as they crunched her legs. "Swish! Swish!" was the last thing she heard the Syd abomination say before darkness overtook her.

Darkness now had become her only friend as she woke in a cold sweat. She was very much naked and cold. She got up on all fours and tried to move around. It was very taxing at first, but she willed herself to do it. She was suddenly rewarded with a thump on the head. She reached out and found she had run into bars. Bars? Was she in a cage? It must be! But how did she get here? The last thing she remembered was Syd toying with her pussy, trying to convince her to join Carlene and herself in a life of crime. Another wave of delirium hit her, and she collapsed to the cage floor as darkness once again overtook her.
