The offices are nothing but a front for the men to come in the name of managers who do important work. But the actual reason is they come to enjoy the girls they hired as secretaries for the office.

The girls with their limited education is of no use to them. They wer hired simply for the name sake and some filings if necessary.

The only requirement is to be beautiful and they will be hired. The company gained a lot of trust and importance in the country and it is considered a privilege to work here.

Without anyone knowing there was a secret ingredient mixed to them which will reduces males from getting horny and also their sexual endurance without affecting the fertility rate which made sex a chore for reproduction alone.

The High priest also relaxed the dress the women wore saying that they have to get to acknowledge and appreciate the body given to them by the god. Arnold joined as a priest and was soon made the second to the high priest which helped their motives a lot with no one to question their methods.

Now onwards with the story. The branch office 23 is near some small towns in one corner of the country and people rarely go to the main city.
