The bovine bells

A set of gold cowbells of differing sizes all with collers attached. When one of them is attached, the girl will have her clothing replaced by a cow print bikini and receive an increase to their bust as well as become infatuated and submissive towards Makoto.

The size of the bell used will determine how much their breasts will grow, how much they lactate and how much intelligence they will lose. If used on a male they will become female first then the effects apply. Everyone will find nothing odd about people affected by the bells.
