What's next?
The big day
The day came. Exhibition day.
It started out great. Running some drills, having some sparring matches, everything flowed perfectly. The club members had fun, and showed off all that they’d learned, just as normal. But then it came time for the real fights. Including Billy’s fight against Selena.
The suggestion had been met with opposition. The champion fighting a new boxer was bad enough, but a boy fighting a girl? The match was only allowed to happen because both fighters seemed adamant that it should - and even Karen, the inexperienced girl boxer’s mom, was in favor of the idea. It was always hard to say no to one of Karen’s campaigns, when she wanted something.
So now, Billy and Selena stood across from each other in the boxing ring, gloved up and ready. Ready to do battle in front of the entire audience.
The whole club was watching. Most of the club members’ families, too. Certainly both Selena and Billy’s families were. Some other students from the school had also come, whether to support a friend or to just watch the fights. The cheerleaders, the debate club, the soccer club.
Most of the audience, students and families alike, had also come in previous years, and seen Billy dominate. They knew what he was capable of. Even the ones who hadn’t seen, had certainly heard of it. The boy was a prodigy. Borderline untouchable. So why now did he stand opposite a small, pretty, nervous girl who looked like she might be knocked out just from the audience’s gaze? And apparently she hadn’t even been boxing for very long?
It was strange. Nobody knew what to expect. Well, nobody but Karen and Billy. And so their fight began.
The two fighters walked towards each other and met in the standard way, throwing light jabs and trying to “feel out” their opponent. Billy looked sharp. On top, as he was expected to be. He landed a few good shots to the body, which winded his opponent.
Selena was visibly nervous to begin with, keeping her posture timid and her strikes noncommittal. Billy was accomplished, skilled, and scary. Besides that, having so many people watching her would have been nerve-wracking on an ordinary day - having so many people watching her in a fight was even worse.
But as the fight went on, and she started seeing little moments of success, little moments where she tried something on Billy was it actually /worked/, she was growing more cocky.
Oh! That jab just landed right on his chin! How did I do that? Wow, I did it again! Oh no, he looks angry, he’s coming for me now… I-I just defended every punch! He didn’t hit me once! And I just jabbed his chin again!!
Her nerves vanished completely as the back-and-forth fight finally swung in her favor with a quick 1-2-3 combination that landed flush. The strikes interrupted Billy’s charge and knocked the champion’s head around forcefully. Even as the intercepting combo ended, Selena saw Billy’s eyes widen and his legs buckle for just a moment. He hadn’t expected that. For the first time this fight, he actually looked damaged. Fear had crept into his body.
Selena was in awe. Her training had worked!
“Sensei… You’re wobbling!”
The crowd was stunned. It… It was true. His confidence seemed to have totally drained from his body, and he was noticeably slower now. More sluggish. More… Sleepy?
Billy never lost. But now he looked like a lost lamb. Selena rushed forward, not wanting to lose her momentum, and ran a couple more of her trained combinations right into his face. She was shocked to find that each and every one was… Working! He couldn’t protect himself. He couldn’t counter her. She was just… DOMINATING him!
Billy was being overwhelmed. Shot after shot were raining down onto him, from angles he just couldn’t seem to defend. He would be smacked across the left side of his face, raise his hands to protect it, only to be hit on the right side. His defense was constantly trailing /just/ behind Selena’s attack.
How could this be happening? Was this real? He was getting his ass kicked!
“Oh, sensei, I think this is it for you…” Selena chided, taking a step back to regain her breath. So many successful combos had actually made /her/ tired, before Billy could defend against a single one.
Her bratty side was coming out more now, starting to shine the more powerful she felt. And at the moment, with the wobbling, battered champion across from her and the gasping crowd in awe of her work, she felt very fucking powerful.
“I’m not d-duh-done yet…” Billy stammered, internally cursing himself for this act he had to put on.
Nobody could believe what they were seeing. This girl was wiping the floor with Billy. He looked exhausted. He looked afraid. Did he think he was going to lose? Some of the boxers in the audience were starting to think so too. They leaned forward in their seats, studying his woozy face for any sign that it might be a fake-out. But it looked legit. This newbie nobody was beating up the champion.
From the crowd, Karen turned to look at Heather’s shocked expression. The goddess-bodied woman’s mouth was agape as she watched Selena, this girl, walk Billy down. BILLY. Oh, goodness…
Karen laughed. That perfect bitch wasn’t so perfect now, was she? Now that her son was about to get knocked the fuck out. Knocked out by a girl. Karen smirked with pride, then turned back to watch the action. She didn’t want to miss her princess’ big moment.
Selena continued pouring on the punishment. Billy was taking a lot of damage, and showed no signs of fighting back at all anymore. But surely he could still turn this around, right…?
“Come on Billy!” Heather encouraged her woozy son from the audience. “You can do it!”
His mother’s words rang in his ears, making his face burn red with embarrassment. This was awful. He was going to get “knocked out” in front of her. In front of everyone. It was really starting to sink in now.
Heather herself was equal parts enjoying this sorry display, and hoping that her son could still pull through and win somehow… But he would have no such luck. The fight had already been beaten out of him, several months ago, by Karen.
Just as his mom’s encouraging words sounded out through the gym, Selena stepped forwards and landed a particularly hard combination on his face, sending him stumbling back into the corner of the ring. Could this be the finishing blow?
“Yes… YES! You’re done! You’re DONE! It’s OVER! You’re FINISHED!” Selena gleefully shouted, throwing punch after punch into him as he stood up supported only by the ring post. He couldn’t defend his face. He didn’t even try.
After finishing the last heavy combo, Selena wound up, pulling her fist back far over her shoulder, before launching it forward. One last massive strike bounced Billy’s head backwards, and Selena jumped back a step to regain her breath and see the fruits of her labor. The product of all of those perfectly-trained combinations. She was sure that the fight was still on, with how tough her sensei always was, but she wanted to know how badly damaged he was.
Beyond repair.
Billy bounced back against the ring post as her strike drive home, then stood upright for a moment - wobbling - before he collapsed to the floor face-first. The crowd gasped.
He landed with a dull thud and a slight bounce, arms and legs spread humiliatingly. Everyone waited. Surely he would rise again, wouldn’t he? Real fighters always got back up. But Billy didn’t. He didn’t even move to. He was completely still.
The person in charge of the ten count was too shocked to even begin it, but it didn’t matter. He was down for well over that time. It was an easy knockout. By all accounts, he was actually asleep right now. So down on the mat he stayed, facedown at Selena’s feet.
Billy had just been defeated. He was the champion no more. He lost his title to a girl, and got knocked clean out.
Selena was giddy. She had finally defeated him. Her sensei was down on the floor, motionless, no fight left in him at all. Asleep. She’d put him to sleep. The club couldn't believe it.
“Is he… out fucking cold?”
“She just slept the fuck out of Billy!”
“No, he can still-! Oh… Oh… Nevermind…”
“I never thought I’d see the day…”
“You told me he was good!”
“HAHAHA! He got knocked OUT!? Are you SERIOUS!?”
“What the fuck! I thought he was supposed to be untouchable! Why is he ****!?”
“Oh man, so much for his chin…”
“Did that girl really just starch Billy?”
Billy could only cringe as he lay there, pretending to be ****, having to hear every single word. He wasn’t sure his reputation would ever be able to recover from this. What would his future as a pro boxer look like now?
“Oh, good! I knocked you out,” Selena smirked, taking it in, her breathing coming heavy. She took a few steps towards him.
Great. Here came her celebration. Billy just wanted this to be over already.
“But I want to hear you SNORE,” she growled, rolling Billy over with a foot, and mounting his hips. “So SNORE!!”
What was she-?
Suddenly, Billy’s face was rocked from side to side by hammering lefts and rights. What the fuck! Selena was beating him mercilessly she sat atop him, pinning his limp arms beneath her knees, and there was nothing he could do to defend himself!
“SNORE!!!” she commanded.
“G-Guuuhhuhh…” Billy spluttered. He tried to get her off, but he couldn’t lift his arms.
“SNORE!!!!” the spoiled weird girl yelled again, fists hammering his face back and forth.
“Unggghuu…”
“I said SNORE!!!!!” Selena roared.
She wasn’t going to stop until he…
“A-Algh… Z-Zzzz? Z-Zzzzzzzzz…” Billy began to make his best attempt at snoring noises, **** to put a stop to her onslaught. He tried to keep the embarrassing sound quiet enough that only Selena would hear, to at least save himself some humiliation. If the other boxers heard him snoring for Selena, he really would be finished…
“Hahahah… AHAHAHA! YOU’RE SNORING! YOU’RE ACTUALLY SNORING, YOU FUCKING LOSER!” she shouted, the rush of it all overwhelming her.
This bitch was crazy. All Billy could do was lie there, pretending to snore, hoping she would get off of him and leave him alone now. Do whatever celebration she felt was right, so he could “wake up” and get out of there.
“I made Billy snore~ I made Billy snore~ He’s snoring!” she sang happily. Billy could feel her hips wiggling on him as she mounted him, dancing in victory. There was a pause as she leered down at him. “But I think we can make you go deeper.”
What was she…?
WHAM! WHAM! WHAM! WHAM!
“Ghk! Gah! S-Stop! Stop! Sto-!” Billy began to protest and struggle as the hits began raining down on him again. He tried to lift his arms, he tried to get her off of him, but he couldn’t. He was getting pounded. What was she trying to do? Did this b-bitch really think-?
And then everything was black.
One of the punches landed just right. The right timing, the right placement, the right power. And Billy got knocked out. It was instant. One second he was struggling, and one punch later he was limp.
From within the stunned crowd, Karen was pleased, crossing her arms under her bust as she leaned back in her chair. “And that’s that,” she thought to herself. “Into la-la-land he goes.”
Billy’s mom Heather and Aunt Judy were in the audience too, cringing as his legs kicked out from under his female opponent… Then went still.
Shit… He was out. That was a bad loss.
Nobody could do anything but stare as Selena’s punches came to an end. She sat atop him, mounting the former champion, panting heavy breaths as she stared down into his face. It was the only sound in the whole gym.
The king had fallen. Been dethroned. His reign was over in the worst way possible.
Aunt Judy was the first to speak up, breaking the stunned silence of the crowd.
“…Is Billy snoring…?”
And she was right. It was quiet at first, but it grew quickly. Loud rumbling filled the gym, coming from the splayed-out former champion’s open jaw. Real snoring. The knockout wasn’t fake anymore, and neither was that embarrassing rumble. Billy had just lost to a girl.
The club’s muscular, charismatic, skilled, undefeatable champion had finally lost. By knockout. To the anti-social weird girl who had barely even begun to learn boxing. Some had thought this day might come eventually, when Billy lost a fight - some might have even thought he would get knocked out one day - but nobody saw it happening like this.
His first knockout was a humiliating one. Open jaw, snoring face, stupid expression. Drool on his chin. Apparently, Billy wasn’t a flattering loser. He looked and sounded like a moron, as he lay there in the center of the ring with his arms and legs all spread out wide. Some people knocked out well, but this twitching, drooling, snoring mess was not one of them.
“…Wow…”
“He’s… He’s out.”
“…Billy just got knocked out.”
“Mmmmmmm…” Karen moaned smugly, cupping her thick breasts in her hands as she enjoyed the view, and enjoyed the chatter around her. This felt good. So very, very goooodd~~.
A girl had taken this man’s belt from him. This prodigy was out like a fucking light. Nobody could believe it… But how could anyone deny it?
This was the end. Billy was done. His reputation, his ego, his untouchable aura and his championship… They were all gone. They were all Selena’s. Forever.
