The basement floors: Holding and interrogation

You start by going down the elevator towards the basement floors. Your first stop is pretty boring, just an area filled with file storage and the maintaince system necessary to keep the building running.

Your next stop one floor up however looks way more interesting. As the door opens You see several rows of rectangular plexiglas boxes stacked on top of each other. Each box has breathing holes and a lock that seems to keep a frontal lid closed.

About half of these boxes seem to currently be occupied by men in orange jumpsuits tied up with chains and cuffs in various ways. Taking a look at a few of them you see: an asian man hogtied with his arms attached to the ceiling, a skinny blonde guy stuck in a balltie and a muscular bald guy who seems barely fit inside his box being only cuffed behind the back.

"These are the holding cells" Jesse explains. "Here any man deemed suspicious, undergoing interrogation or awaiting trial is kept."

He then leads you further down the halway to a series of doors. They seem to be distributed in pairs one with a light and one without. Three of said lights are currently on. "These are the interrogation rooms." Jesse explains. "The ones with a light lead to the rooms themselves while the ones without have a one way mirror meant for observers. If a light is on that means an interrogation is going on."

Curiosity getting the better of you you decide to take a look inside. You want to drag Jesse with you but he meekly refuses claiming that he's not authorized.
