The accident

Vanessa turned around after slamming the door shut. She was in a fairly dark corridor, with strange drawings on the walls. They were mostly pictures of nice grassy fields and nice sunny views.

Vanessa walked all the way down to the end of the patterned corridor. She was met by a large terminal, where there were nine buttons with pictures on them. A large sign above read in big block letters: "welcome to redesign! You've been sent here because someone thinks you're in need of a dire change! So just pick a button to tell us what you love doing!"

Vanessa skimmed the sign, she had no real interest in participating in anything, she was just looking for a place to lie low while the angry crowd disappear. She could still hear the shouting outside.

Suddenly Vanessa heard a loud thud, causing her to jump around in shock. The crowd were trying to break down the door. Another loud thud suddenly caused the lights too switch off, leaving Vanessa in complete darkness. "Oh fuck umm shit fuck shit!" Vanessa panicked, she couldn't see anything at all.

She started moving her arms around as she tried to get her bearings in the dark. She turned around, moved forward and bumped into the terminal infront of her. She suddenly heard a 'click' as if she'd just pressed a button or something. "Oh no what have I done..."
