"Honestly I have two but I'm not sure if you'll like the first one... or if its even a good idea."
"Alright, what is it?" Lois asked.
"XS Point."
"...come again?" Lois suddenly glowered. "And do NOT make that pun."
"Right, right," Nora said quickly. "Basically, my dad went back in time to try and save his mom, my grandmother, because she was killed by the Reverse Flash and that altered his life. That created what he calls the Flashpoint, where he created a new timeline. it... wasn't good."
"Hold up," Lois said. "Shouldn't it be that this current time line is the Reverse Flashpoint, because the Reverse Flash altered time first?"
Nora blinked before shaking her head. "Okay, that isn't the point!" she said in annoyance. "The point is that I could go back in time and stop dad from doing whatever he did at Star Labs that caused all this. Stop that, done."
"Okay..." Lois said. "But I sense a few buts..."
"Well," Nora said slowly, "there are two problems. First off there are a ton of people I'm going to wipe out of existence." She looked down at Lois' stomach. "Or worse, I turn them into Time Remnants and that means that we have giant speedsters running around trying to undo what I did. And time travel... its bad. It causes a ton of problems."
"Right," Lois said. "Can see that. Okay, option 2 then?"
"The energy that did this to my mom and dad, it is like the particle accelerator explosion. All of you are metahumans. We have though several DNA strands that we can use from the pre... er... giant times. Mine for my dad and mom, your kids, and Oliver's son William. I get some DNA-"
"Which won't be hard," Lois stated.
"-and use that to figure out an antidote for everyone. Shrink everyone down and then figure out what to do with the kids."
Lois nodded. "So the first option fixes all this instantly but has a ton of risks. The second is longer which means there is a chance the tribe converts more people, gets found out, or just keeps fucking each other silly."
"Yeah... though with you on the inside maybe you could talk some sense into them?"
"Possible," Lois admitted.
