The Un-Lucky Club

Your Master has chosen your next mission. Next door is a casino, The Lucky Club. You are to go inside, posing as a gambler. Then kill the head pit boss, your equivalent in The Lucky Club and take a small knife which master has provided and stab any object within the club. The knife isn't really a knife, it is a piece of your master. It will allow him to slowly devour his brother.

You easily slip into The Lucky Club. You are surprised how run down it looks and how few people are inside. The Lucky Club has a variety of table games. You can sense the greed in every patron. They all want money. You smile. It’s a shame the house always wins.

You walk up to blackjack table and make a scene.

“Hey! I think she’s cheating.”

The dealer looks frightened.

“I saw her palm an ace!”

You sense the pit boss behind you. With your years of marshal arts and demonic speed you spin, slicing a three inch deep gash in his neck. Were he human, he would be dead.

Still in shock from your attack, he is frozen as you plunge the dagger into his chest.

You feel the club vibrate.

You see a black tentacle speeding toward you. You plunge the dagger into the blackjack table and run.

There is a bloodcurdling screech and the walls drip black ichor. You see the exit and sprint toward it. It begins to close. You slide under a fleshy gate just before it slams shut.

You watch as neon signs flicker and dissolve. A tendril from your Master attaches itself to the lucky club. A sign appears like magic on the door. It simply says ‘under renovation’.
