The Torn Remnant's of her dress

Straight above her, at the top of the fence was a long, torn up piece of white fabric, dangling from one of the spikes. Makoto felt her heart leap from her chest. Her body moved on its own, sitting her up for a better view. But she already knew what it was. There was only one thing it could have been... Makoto's eye darted downward in disbelief, hoping she was just dazed from the fall and seeing things. She wasn't.

Makoto suppressed a squeal as her arms darted to cover herself. Her face burned. When she looked down, she had been greeted by her bare breasts hanging out in the open. The fence caught her dress during her fall. With growing dread, she realized what this meant. She was now at her school, sitting in the yard, in just a pair of Buchimaru panties... Her pulse skyrocketed.

"It-it's okay," she mumbled to herself. "I just... have to climb back up there... almost naked... hope no one sees me, and get my dress back... that's all..." She tried to will herself up, but her legs felt like jello beneath her. Before she could **** her legs to work, she felt a shiver travel down her as a strong gust of wind swept through night air. Time seemed to slow to a crawl for Makoto as she watched her dress billow like a flag for a moment before the wind carried it away.

"No!" she gasped, reaching a hand out pointlessly in the direction her dress disappeared in.

"Makoto?" She heard the hushed yet concerned voice of her friend call up to her, snapping her back to the moment. "Are you okay? Did something happen?"

Makoto dropped as close to the ground as she could. "Uh, yeah, yes! Everything is fine, nothing to worry about."

There was a pause before Ann asked, "Are you sure, it sounded like you were upset?"

"You heard that?"

"Mhm, but it doesn't look like he did... What happened?"

Makoto sighed, biting her lip, debating what to tell her friend. If she told Ann that she was now on school grounds in just her panties, how would she react? Would she burst into hysterics again and potentially risk getting them caught? Even if she didn't burst out laughing, what benefit would there be to telling her? On the other hand, if she lied... at least she could save herself the humiliation of giving Ann that mental image... at least until she came back wearing whatever scraps she could find in the lost and found...
