The Third Ring

Davina picked a ring with a large blood-red ruby in the centre, liking it’s colour.

With a joint shout of “Ladies, meet you fiancés” by the hosts, the men started to come forward.

Patrick went to Tanya, who failed to hide her disappointment.

Charlene was nonplussed with Rufus, but showed enthusiasm for the cameras, and Bob to Julia, the two of which were immensely satisfied with their match.

It was revealed Chris had proposed to Rebecca, Marty to Maria, and Jenson to Stacey.

‘Honestly not bad couples, they really deserve each other, especially you Tanya!’, Davina thought as she looked at time, and waited for Trey or Deke to come over, but neither of them did.

“You, Davina, have selected the Third ring, not from any of our male bachelors!”, announced Darnell.

Davina was pleasantly surprised by the revelation, asking “You mean…”.

“That’s right, one of our lovely ladies used up all her points to insert a rule letting her put forward a proposal. Now which of you lucky ladies was it?”, Becky asked as Davina turned to look at her three friends and Clarice.
