The TSA Intervenes

Sarah stood there and watched her daughter shiver and shake from the **** of her tears in the fetal position on the floor. David and Rob stood there and stared in shock. Before any of them were able to think of what to do next, a three-wheeled security vehicle pulled up and a TSA agent dismounted from it.

The gathered crowd, who had been ogling Erica, quickly disbursed, deciding that whatever pictures or videos they had captured were more interesting then being on the scene when a federal agent stepped in.

"Could somebody please explain why there is a potentially naked female minor on the floor of my gate?" he demanded. The nameplate on his uniform identified him as Price. The only response he received was an even louder wail from Erica. "Well?"

David attempted to smooth things over. "Don't worry officer, we can take our daughter and get her cleaned up." Sarah scoffed in response and David gave her a look. "This has all been a terrible misunderstanding," David continued.

"Is she a minor?"

"Heavens no," David responded.

"Do you have any proof of that?"

"Yes, of course." David began rummaging around in his carry-on for Erica's passport, which he had picked up that morning. "I have it here somewhere."

Sarah finally couldn't hold herself back. "Officer, we can appreciate your wanting to provide safety and security at this airport, but this has nothing to do with you."

"Sarah," David warned as he stopped looking in his bag for the moment.

His wife didn't heed his warning. "I promise you that my daughter's current state is completely of her own making and that she deserves whatever punishment we choose to give her until she learns proper respect."

David's jaw dropped as his wife continued to surprise him and the three clothed adults waited to see what Price's response would be.

Some suggested choices:

1. Erica's passport is lost.
2. Price sides with Sarah and aides in further punishment.
3. Rob uses his phone to contact one (or more) of Erica's friends for help.
4. Price doesn't care about family squabbles and moves all of them to a secure office.
5. Erica runs away.
6. David punishes Sarah.
7. Rob gives up his jacket to cover Erica temporarily.
