The Students

Seeing as they were the ones who got him in trouble with the law, Robert decided that his next victims would be the Students.

First order of business was "liberating" them of their valuables. He laughed as he plucked mobiles out of unresisting hands whilst observed by unseeing eyes.

Next, he decided to pull a classic and proceeded to give the two guys and three girls a wedgie, chuckling as the elastic made a solid "THWACK!" as it snapped tight against the skin of their foreheads.
