The Steal.

In the months that followed the false Captain Bhanoa and Commander Grator had slowly and methodically replaced the entire crew os H.M.S Unison with loyal Nasunian members. The day had come and after some convincing the DOD had put Bhanoa back incharge of the Unison along with commander Grator as her executive officer. The transfer office Tyrone from the USN had gone back to his own navy so the cost was clear for the next part of the operation to commence. Capt Bhanoa and Cmdr Grator arrived at the quayside and boarded the Unison and after the exchange of command protocol they Submarine was made ready.

Unison current orders were to transit the Atlantic on a goodwill tour to the USA but that was not Bhanoa's intention and once they cleared the breakwater they dived the submarine. They proceeded on course while the chief engineer ripped out the transponder which would allow the navy to track them and she had to hurry because she had only minutes before the next interrogation. She rushed to the forward torpedo room and hooked the transponer into an unmanned ROV. She was satisfied when she saw the transponder send out its signal then the ROV was launched from the forward toredo hatch. It had been programmed with the Unisons course and speed.

Capt Bhanoa recieved the okay from her engineer and ordered a course change to the west and to reduce speed. It would be along trip as the nuclear reactor had been shutdown and they were on electric power. The main exercise was to get to Nasunian waters undetected by the US/RN and Russian navies and she thought she had a good chance. As they sailed on they congratulated themselves on a great steal and the RN would track the transponder for the next twenty four hours until the ROV had lost all its power and sink to the bottom of the Atlantic. The navy would assume that the Unsion had gone down and start a search but to no avail.
