The State of Free Peoples

Although they are labeled as a nation where Futanari are dominant, such is a little bit of a misnomer. The State of Free People was founded in 389 M.E. under the ideals of equal rights for all races and genders. It has had very little success thus far.

They have successfully established themselves as an existing nation. However, they are not large or powerful to any capacity. Desires power ones magic, and the society of fairness, peace, and equality, possesses very little of such things. The idea of such a land holds little appeal to many, and the magic of those who live there are not very strong.

The only reason they still exist is because they choose a great location to start. They have conquered a small land consisting of forests and plains for themselves, nestled between The Feminist Lands and The Forest if Free Spirits (nations who aren’t too strong and have more dangerous opponents) to their sides. They are also protected to the North from the edge of these countries. To their South is Tamorin, another relatively weak nation. This means that nobody who borders them has the resources to go to war with them.

Nearly the entirety of the State is farmland, or small villages, with only one central trading town to work as their capital. The population is a few thousand, and it is unlikely they could field an army of more than 1500.

The only individuals worth noting at all are the council who founded and govern the territory. These individuals have more power and authority than anyone else in the state. They consist of 3 males, 2 females, and 5 Futanaris. The amount of Futanaris in the council is what gives The State if Free Peoples a label as Futanari-controlled.
