Bio: Alex Williams born into his wealthy family had a very average rich playboy upbringing until at 13 his parents were killed in a mob hit. Stricken with grief he sought to better himself. 5 years after his parents **** he joined the military and a short 3 years later he became a green beret. He left the military with a Purple Heart after loosing his left arm protecting a fellow soldier who had been injured. He came back to storm city and with his newly acquired skills took **** on the mob that killed his parents. He got the reputation as a grim reaper, and quickly used that to his advantage. He painted a skull insignia on his bullet proof vest he took the name the skull after killing the head of the mob. After taking **** he started going after common criminals. Alex Williams now heir to Williams Corp used his money and mind to build the equipment he uses to fight crime today including his new grapple hand. He eventually gave up killing and is one of the founders of this very organization.
