The Semi finals

On the other side of the arena, I was having an easier time than Fang Qiong. I easily crushed my opponents one after the other. My last opponent was a young man named Zhang Wei. He was from the Zhang family and was considered to be one of the strongest cultivators in the tournament.

But he was no match for me and was quickly defeated.

After the quarterfinals were finished, we had a short break before the semifinals began. I would be fighting in the first semifinal match, while Fang Qiong would be fighting in the second semifinal match.

My opponent was a rogue cultivator names Xi Lu.

The first semifinal match between Chen Fan and Xi Lu began.

Xi Lu was a rogue cultivator, which meant he didn’t belong to any of the great families. He had made it through the prelims by defeating several seeded fighters. He was considered to be a dark horse in the tournament.

He was tall with broad shoulders and a muscular build. His eyes were fierce, and he looked like he could kill someone with his bare hands if given the chance.

Chen Fan was much shorter than Xi Lu, but he had a calm demeanor about him. He was wearing a simple black robe with Chen Family insignia on it.

The match began, and Xi Lu immediately charged towards Chen Fan. Chen Fan dodged his attack easily and countered with a kick. Xi Lu blocked it and tried to grapple with Chen Fan, but Chen Fan slipped out of his grip.

Xi Lu became more aggressive and began throwing punches and kicks at Chen Fan. However, Chen Fan was able to dodge all of them effortlessly.

Xi Lu grew frustrated and began to tire. He became careless with his attacks, which allowed Chen Fan to land several blows on him.

Finally, Chen Fan delivered a powerful kick that sent Xi Lu flying out of the arena.

Xi Lu crashed into the barrier surrounding the arena and fell ****.

The referee declared Chen Fan the winner of the first semifinal match.
