The Second Spell

I read the words on the page. In utter fascination I saw how the author had managed to make a spell of such power, yet not cross into dark magic.

This was amazing, cause all my action with this spell would not harm my magical core, but help enhance the powers of both the people involved. So by using it on multiple people regularly, I would enhance my powers without others noticing any change in theirs.

All in a convenient location like Hogwarts, that had all the people I could ask for. Also, I could have some, or maybe a lot of ‘fun’ along the way ...

So I perform the spell. As I perform I realise how much of my magical and physical energy it would take. I still push on. The spell requires me to mark myself while performing a blood sacrifice.

I cut myself on my wrist. This satisfies both conditions, as the wound would scar. As the magical energy seems to rush up through my blood and the cut heals, I feel myself pass out.
