The Real World

It looked at the portal watched as it showed this multiverse, it looked at your multiverse it moved through the portal and now had to make a choice. There were billions of humans on each earth. Although some had less, it narrowed it down to the one universe, still billions of people. It could turn up at any point in history. The book shook with amusement and excitement. It dashed forwards and hurtled towards the ground. It landed in front of a figure who cautiously picked it up, opened it and read the first page.

Yes reality will mild itself around what you have written only you as the owner will have knowledge about both realties. This means you are now my amusement little being.
