The Race Begins!

Blake and Scarlet looked around trying to find a way around they looked up and saw bars positioned like a ladder. Blake got out her Gambol Shroud and connects to the bars and used it as a rope to sing to the other side. "Good luck Scarlet!" She says as she swings to the other side.

Scarlet looked forward and saw that the jump to the next platform is a ten foot jump. Not seeing another way around she got a running start and jumped to the next platform. The platform began going down, with not a chance to breath Scarlet jumped and jumped to the other side. The Grimm gnarling and snarling at her all the way. Huffing and puffing Scarlet took a long enough break for a claw to grab her foot.

Gasping Scarlet turned around to saw a Beowolf clutching her leg having climbed the steep wall with its claws. Scarlet grabbed her weapon, and shot the Beowolf head twice killing it. Looking down she saw the Grimm were trying to climb and some were even half way up! Quickly Scarlet turned to the next obstacle.

The maze began with a trap seeming to have been tripped. As blades violently rotated around with little room for error. For a second Scarlet stopped and tried to find a way around. Not seeing a way around without being seriously cut Scarlet grew furious, "AHHH! I can't lose here!" She took out her shotgun and shot the blades machine on the right in the center of the device causing it to short circuit and stop.

Blinking Scarlet walked to the other side once she got there the device began again causing Scarlet to turn back and see the Grimm on the other side confused. One even sticked his hand out and got his hand cut for his trouble. Chuckling to herself Scarlet continued.
