The Public Square Stripping Plan

Konohamaru decided to go with the pranks that not only were humiliating, but had the broadest possible effect on his and Narutos public perception.

The incident with the flagpole had shown him that his suspicions of Naruto and his underwear choices were correct. The academy students already had seen the blond in his goofy looking underwear, so the next logical step was to reveal to it to the whole village that the teen whom screamed all the time of being Hokage was all talk.

He felt emboldened by how successful his flagpole prank had gone. The loss of respect from Hinata was good, but he had to build up on it to make it stick. He had a conversation with the busty heiress younger sister that had made this clear to him.

Hanabi had been usually kind to him when thanking him for making her sister see a bit that her focus on Naruto was perhaps misplaced and explicitly told him to keep his challenges up to hammer that point home to Hinata. She could not stomach the idea of her sister ending up with the blonde teen, even if it was now out of pity and sully the Hyuuga name.

Although clearly embarrassed by it, Hanabi even referred to him as Konohamaru-kun when making this request, making it clear to the young Sarutobi that his plan of endearing himself to at least one Hyuuga sister was already working.

He had already made sure to set up some hidden seals near his "bosses" favorite Ramen strand in preparation for an eventual prank that would take place there. After he had successfully stripped the blonde of his clothes, he would make sure to place another seal directly on his stomach.

After learning that the Kyuubi had been sealed inside Naruto, it was only logical to build upon the work of the fourth Hokage and enhance his seal whenever he saw it fit. This latest seal of his was not as permanent or strong as the transference sealing array he had placed on Naruto earlier, but its effects were more drastic because of it.

The scaredy-cat seal would ramp up the fear and or self-doubt of the wearer and **** them to submit and or flee from their opponent. The lower the confidence of the person it is applied to at the time, the more effective it would be.

And after getting beaten for the third time by Konohamru and being humiliated in front of a crowd for the second, he expected Naruto to have quite a bit of issues with his confidence that the seal could feed off from.

Thus when he spotted Naruto in front of his favorite Ramen stand, he set out to fulfill his plan.

"Ready to get beat down again Naruto-chan!" he asked while giving his former idol a confident smirk which only caused the blonde teen to get angry again.

"Are you kidding me? Do you know how early it is? The streets are full and I didn't even get anything to eat yet? Are you that full of yourself that you think just because that one time you can be-" Konohamaru let out a loud laugh drawing more attention towards them.

"One time? Did I beat you so hard the first time that you forgot about it? Because while the count is 1-0 in our humiliation duel, I totally whopped your butt before that! And whats this with the excesses about food and the people huh? Are you scared everybody gets to see what a wannabe you really are?

You agreed to a prank or ninja battle, and I challenge your right now to the next challenge. The first one two strip the other one down to his undies gets the next point! Are you going to step up or run away huh?"

This got a lot of people talking, some Academy students that had seen Naruto dangling upon the flagpole a couple of days ago spreading the word that what the brunette boy said was true causing some snickers and whispers to break out.

Quickly trying to nip things in the butt before his earlier defeat at the hands of Konohamaru spread amongst the broader public Naruto ignored his grumbling stomach and focused upon his growing anger. He would show his pupil that just because one or two incidents of having underestimated him, Naruto was by now means inferior to him.

Thus, he charged towards the teen who to his great annoyance kept evading his blows. He barely registered the puffs of smoke that appeared around him too, distracted by his anger and the annoying laugh Konohamru let out while dancing around him.

Only after around a minute he began to notice that he had already lost. Konohamaru had not just been evading his attacks but led him onto seal he had placed on the ground that stripped away his clothes piece by piece until he now found himself in only his undies.

"Took you a while to notice huh? Want to call this a fluke again? I got two points now while you got zero!" when Naruto then charged at him again in a blind rage Konohamaru slammed the scaredy-cat seal onto his stomach and send him tumbling back into the dirt.

This earned him some loud cheers and claps, while all Naruto received was whistles and people pointing at him while laughing uncontrollably. It seemed what had occurred at the Academy was not made up by the young students there after all.

When the dust and smoke of the seal in their earlier "battle" cleared, Konohamaru watched with glee as he began to see Hinata at the front of the crowd with her younger sister by her sister, which had seemingly let her there. When she heard what was going on by somebody else.

Both Hyuuga sister certainly looked like their admiration for the young Sarutobi had skyrocketed, but at least Hinata was also throwing a glance of pity towards Naruto who was in the process of standing up.

When Konoahmaru came closer to the two Hyuuga and Naruto who had been thrown every close to the pair, he began to take notice of the yellow glint that appeared in the older teens eyes telling him his seal had worked.

He had not planned for this big of a crowd initially when they had their little battle, he had even expected Naruto to demand it to take place elsewhere, but thankfully he hadnt. Even better was that Hanabi had dragged Hinata here to witness the match.

Smiling down menacingly he began to take notice how hard Naruto was shaking while under is gaze. With an audience this size, he could not held himself back. He would go all out in his humiliation of Naruto.

"So, its already 2-0 in your little challenge isnt it Naruto-chan? Usually this kind of thing involves the best out of five tries winning which would mean I am already so close to victory. But I am a generous guy. If you beg REAL nicely, I MIGHT consider letting you attempt all five challenges with me!"

When faced with the realization that he either accepted this deal or was dangerously close to having to call Konohamru boss going forward, Naruto was extremely conflicted. And why was the kid in front of him looking so intimidating all of a sudden...
