The Prince

“Stupid Sansa” Arya muttered to herself as the younger Stark daughter quietly slipped into the Winterfell Stables, her fingers still numb from morning lessons with Septa Mordane.

At eighteen name days Arya was the epitome of beauty as the baby face girl known as Arya Horseface gave way to a beautiful young woman desired by men and even women alike. Yet much like her sister Arya has yet to be betrothed or tied to any House though this may soon change if the rumors spreading about the castle were true.

After all the King does not take his entire court North simply to invite her Father to become Hand of the King. Instead it was very clear that Prince Joffrey is to wed the eldest Stark Sister, tying House Baratheon and House Stark as was intended before Prince Rhaegar took King Robert’s betrothed away from him. A romantic tale to be sure but not one Arya cared for as she entered the stables and knew immediately that the structure was deprived of any humans.

Knowing this Arya smiled before reaching for the hem of her dress skirt and pulled the offending dress over her head, revealing the dark-haired Stark to be wearing nothing beneath.

It was a form of rebellion as Arya tossed the dress to the side and made her way across the stables, ignoring the sound of horses neighing at her.

Entering the back of the stables Arya approached a particular stack of wooden barrels ignored by many servants and stable hands throughout the years. What was inside Arya did not know nor did she particularly care as she quickly grabbed a sack hidden behind aid barrels.

Still garbed in nothing but simple boots Arya knew that the hot springs that lays beneath the castle grounds served to warm the stables even better than the castle itself. Therefore, she could roam the entire stables for hours and not feel an ounce of cold beneath her skin. Not that she intended to stand there for an entire hour of course as Arya quickly placed the sack on top a nearby table and began removing several items from within.

Inside were three items- the first being trousers, the second bindings for her breasts, and finally a tunic meant for a boy. All designed to disguise Arya as a male as she often did in order to ride freely throughout the Winterfell fields.

Smiling at such a simple disguise the young Stark was about to begin dressing when an unexpected sound startled the nude woman.

“Well now this is an unexpecting sight.” Arya heard from behind, causing the she-wolf the turn in surprise.

Sadly the unknown voice quickly grabbed the poor girl from behind and pushed her down towards the table, causing Arya to bring her hands forward to catch her fall. A mistake Arya did not realize that she made as the unknown figure quickly grabbed the bindings meant to hide her breasts and took one of Arya’s arms soon after.

Wrapping Arya’s wrist with the bindings Arya screamed, causing the horses to become spooked, drowning her cries for help beneath the sound of horses as her other arm was soon captured as well and bound together with her other arm. The act effectively bound Arya as she screamed in protest before being silenced by a piece of cloth shoved into her mouth and secured it with another cloth.

Silenced and bound Arya felt the man release her, allowing the helpless Stark to turn and see her attacker dressed in royal regalia no less. This was to be expected from Prince Joffrey a man with the wealth of House Lannister behind him and the arrogance to back him up.

Smirking at the bound and helpless Arya Stark the Crown Prince took a moment to enjoy the sight before him.

“Such a wild wolf. I wonder if I can tame you?” He asked in a mocking tone as Arya screamed and charged Joffrey in an attempt to escape.

Sadly, this was a failure as Joffrey simply side stepped her attack and watched her fall to the ground due to her imbalance. Her state making her easily helpless whist Prince Joffrey began to examine the nearby equipment rack for anything of use.
