The Phoenix's mental take over

The Phoenix ended the call a bit angry that she had to call her master by his name. Instead of by his title, as her master should be called, but it would have to do for now. Some of the freaks here could hear a penny drop from a mile away, and she couldn't have anyone getting suspicious.

The Phoenix made her way through the campus halls, her rage slowly building at every memory that she had of this hell hole. The only thing that stopped her from butchering everyone here and burning this damn building to the ground was that it would soon be made into her master's pleasure palace.

That was the only reason. That this place and its freak show would be of some use to her master was the only thing calming the dark thoughts bouncing around in her head. As she slowly made her way to Xavier's office, preparing to crush his mind and turn him into nothing more than a puppet for her plans.

Though her rage did nearly become too much to bear on more than one occasion, a distinct memory came up as she passed a particular room or hallway. This was to be expected though, for the very same reason Jean Grey was loved so much by the people that called this institute home.

For you see, Jean Grey was seen as a lady of virtue by everyone she met, especially those at the Xavier Institute. A woman of endless patience and maturity, though that couldn't have been further from the truth. She got angry and annoyed as much as anyone else; in fact, she got annoyed easier than most, never really developing any tolerance a normal person would be expected to.

The reason she was able to maintain this facade despite her lack of patience or tolerance for the smallest of slights was that any time she got angry, sad, or even slightly annoyed, she would simply **** these darker emotions down into the Phoenix, who was trapped in a corner of her mind. The problem was the Phoenix wasn't human and had no way to deal with these human emotions, as she was never meant to process human emotion.

So for decades, the Phoenix was waterboarded with Jean Grey's darkest emotions, warping her into a being of rage and misery, as that was what Jean Grey had **** her to feel. That was why, when she passed a room with a particular annoying student, she remembered the annoyance being **** down her throat. When she walked down a hallway where a particular vicious argument happened, she remembered being bashed in the head with the rage Jean had been feeling. So that Jean Grey could once again be the calm and collected one once again.

So sufficed it to say that when Jean Grey had died in her mind, the Phoenix had cheered as her **** cry echoed in their shared mind. The only thing the Phoenix was sad about was there wasn't a corpse she could take some much-needed rage out on. It's also why she was quiet happy when John was the one she was bonded to and ended up becoming his **** instead of Mister Sinister.

She could break this bond easily enough. Oh Sinister had made his device well enough, but people forgot that she was a literal goddess. They thought she was just some darker, more powerful version of Jean Grey rather than being trapped by the combined might of Jean and Xavier.

So since his device was created to bind a darker and stronger Jean Grey and not a literal goddess, it was easy enough to break the bond meant to enslave Jean's darker aspects rather than a Phoenix goddess, but she wouldn't. Why would she? For the first time in decades, thanks to her connection to her master, she could feel something other than misery.

He let her feel all his emotions, hiding nothing from her. Just recently, she felt his excitement at her touch. That had been so thrilling for the first time when someone felt her the Phoenix; she wasn't met with the thoughts of someone seeing her as some tool to be used or a monster to be feared but a woman that brought her master arrogance to the fore despite his guilt of killing a man. Though granted, he probably didn't know how to stop her from feeling what he felt, having no psychic ability to speak off.

Oh, many would say he just got lucky and anyone could have done what he did, but she would say otherwise, as she had searched the minds of millions as she made her way to Xavier's school and had put them in the exact same situation, and most either ran or hid for the fight. The few who did fire the weapon would make her a **** like Sinister would have. turning her into nothing more than either an it. Either a weapon of devastation for their wars of power or a blank sex doll for their most twisted desires pleasure.

But her master didn't see her as someone who belonged to him as his equal. Oh no, he believed himself out of his despair and so saw her as his superior. He felt he was playing with a very dangerous woman—a sexy woman but a very dangerous one all the same—and for that she would give him all the love she could ever give. For he saw a person who was far better than anyone had even pretended since her unjust imprisonment.

So she was very eager to turn the place of her mistreatment into a pleasure palace, as these freaks would serve her master. Just as soon as she was done breaking the bald cripple. She knocked on the professor's office. "Professor, could I talk to you?" The Phoenix asked in a slightly nervous voice.

"Of course, Jean. Come right in; my door is always open to you." Xavier said through the door. The Phoenix opened the door with a nervous look on her face, fidiling with her hands. Xavier seeing her clearly nervous posture spoke. "Jean, what's wrong?" Xavier asked in a calm but concerned voice.

"It was that fight with the sinister professor. With what I was **** to do, professor." The Phoenix said some tears were falling out of her eyes as she became a sobbing wreck in one of the chairs in front of the professor's desk.

"Shhh, Jean, it's okay you had to do it. Sinister didn't leave you any other choice," Xavier said as he quickly made his way over in his wheelchair and brought her into his arms, holding her tight as she shook her sobs echoing across the room.

"But professor, I'm worried. I felt something in my mind like some kind of fire that seemed to like the **** and destruction. I'm worried. What if some part of me likes killing him?" The Phoenix said as she had another sobbing fit, giving the professor a look of horror at the thought of some deep part of herself loving the feeling of reducing a man to ash.

The professor was now worried that the Phoenix had somehow loosened its cage from Jean going into shock from being **** to kill someone. "Don't worry, I'll look at myself and see what's going on." Xavier said as the Phoenix nodded weakly as Charles went into her mind. As he did, he didn't see the viscous smile that went across Jean's usual innocent face.

As Xavier went in, he saw that the Phoenix hadn't loosened the cage because you can't loosen what isn't there. Those were Xavier's last thoughts as his mind was consumed in a mental inferno. The Phoenix looked at the now-mental vegetable that was once one of the strongest telepaths in Earth's history.

Phoenix quickly began to take the next step in her plan as she shot a flame and set Xavier on fire, burning him from head to toe. When the flames cleared a minute later, a beautiful blond woman sat where Xavier once was. "These foolish mortals forgot I was the goddess of rebirth," the Phoenix said as she admired her handy work looking at the reborn Xavier.

The Phoenix sent the beautiful woman out into the world to be found by Cebero later. Then she began to trash the room, and then she screamed at the top of her lungs. After the rest of the X-Men had come in sobbing, Jean Grey gave them a rather sad story about something opening a portal and grabbing the professor, which quickly spread throughout the school.

Sadly, with Professor Xavier missing, she had to take over, and to show she could do it, she used Cebero to find a blond mutant woman named Charlia who had powerful physical abilities, though most people noticed her beautiful blond hair first for how it seemed to catch the light.

The Phoenix spent a good bit of time planning in her new office who she should break in next as Charlia was on her knees under the table eating out her mistress. A rather ironic fate the Phoenix thought once a bald cripple now a beautiful blond bombshell that could tear tanks in half her rebirth from being Xavier changing her abilities.

She quickly forgot about this line of thought as Charlia found a weak point and attacked it with her tongue ferociously. Leaving the Phoenix a quivering mess as she thought about who would be next for her master?
