The Nudist Planet

Somewhere in the back her mind memories were stirred of monsters that looked just like that. Cities in ruin, people crying out as their being dragged away, but none of these memories were her’s. These were the memories of the Edens.

These monsters came from the sky attacking anything without warning. The Edens fought them with everything they had but even with their enhanced strength the overwhelming numbers allowed these monster to fight back.

Month after month of constant fighting flashed through Dana’s brain. Many monsters and Edens dead surrounded by fire, the never ending sounds of war. It was all too much for her.

Finally, Dana snapped back to reality her heart beating faster than she ever thought possible. “So much destruction.”, Dana said trying to catch her breath.

Then as she continued to breathe another thought entered her mind, “Th-these things fought countless people with my powers.”, as she said that her blood ran cold, “C-can I do this.”, Dana said noticing her hands begin to tremble.

Suddenly, in the direction of the monster a symphony of screams emerged begging for help. The screams continued one after another. “These people aren’t gonna make it if I stay here.”, Dana said rising to her feet, “I have to save them cause no one else can.”

With renewed courage Dana walked into the darkness ready for her toughest challenge yet.
