The Next Day

The next morning Lorelei heads downstairs with Superman to the Webscoe offices. She approaches Ross' office but before opening she explains to Superman "We're going to see my...friend Mr Webster again", "That Schmuck?" replies Superman, Lorelei laughs "I want you to play nice and do what he asks okay honey?", Superman frowns "But..." she grasps his hand tight and sternly says "Anything he asks sweetie pie" Superman grudgingly nods and Lorelei opens the door to Ross' office.

Inside Ross and Vera are already deep in discussion while Gus is trying to keep himself busy tinkering with something behind the bar. "HI HONEY" Shouts Lorelei as she Wades in with Superman "Ah Lorelei, Superman I trust you had a pleasant evening?" he approaches Lorelei he coyly reaches for her hand when Superman doesn't react he reaches in for a kiss, as usual Lorelei pretends to enjoy the halitosis laden kiss she likened his lips to slimy frog lips and his breath to coffee made with expired milk...Ross turned to Superman "I don't mind sharing her sometimes Superman old pal as long as you remember...she's mine, everything here is mine" he laughs as goes behind his desk.

Superman asks him "What do you want Mr Webster?", Ross laughs to himself "What else? My money's worth Superman all $500,000 of it...", There's a tension in the room Ross carries on "I was just talking to Vera about the terrible incident in Columbia". "Don't worry I saved Columbia", Webster interuppts "Yes...that was the terrible part. I want to be a player in the coffee market, imagine it Superman Webcoe Coffee waking up every man and woman in America...I had offered the Columbians a fair price for all of their coffee exports...well fair to me, they said no that upset me. So I had my friend Gus here hack into the Vulcan satellite and bring them my wrath and then you came along and saved the day...I didn't like that I want their coffee supplies destroyed undo what you did Superman".

"I won't do it Webster...I can't do it", Ross looks at Lorelei "Handle this..." Lorelei turns to Superman and stares at him and pouts "The coffee thing was my idea and if it doesn't go well it won't look good on me, please help me Superman"..."Lorelei, you know I love you can't do that it's against everything I believe in, what about the Columbian economy they depend on the coffee trade let me speak to the Columbians I'm sure I can't help you get a fair deal for both parties" Lorelei looks shocked at Superman's refusal...Ross is seething "fair deal...? THE ONLY FAIR DEAL SUPERMAN IS THAT I TAKE OR DESTROY THEIR COFFEE MARKET" he turns to Lorelei "This is dissapointing", Lorelei approaches Ross' desk reaches I side and pulls out a lead lined box she opens it the different coloured kryptonite glow as she reaches in and pulls out a red shard and approaches Superman "Red means unpredictable, emotional, irrational...maybe" she approaches Superman hugs him pressing the shark against his bare skin the effect was instant she brought her lips to his ear and whispered "for me...", Superman smiled "anything for you baby!", He moves in to kiss her she tells him to stop, she's an inche from his face "not till you make that Coffee burn" he smiles, his eyes light red as he blasts the coffee cup out of Vera's hand she shreiks and runs away. Lorelei turns to Ross "But you know ai was thinking it's a shame to make Superman bad because then he's not good...", Vera looks up from above the desk "You think of that all by yourself?" Lorelei shoots her a dirty look "What I mean is good Superman as an ambassador for the company would do so ders for our image and stocks, and bad Superman would do wonders for our business ventures if only we could have both..." She taps her chin, "maybe if he gets a new..." Ross looks at her blankly completely missing the idea she's trying to feed him so Lorelei finishes her thought "...Costume that conceals his Superman identity", Ross thinks for a moment "Incredible the best of both worlds what an incredible idea..." He looks dieprectly at Lorelei "...I don't know how I do it sometimes" Lorelei half heartedly "Way to go Ross"..."Get his measurements Lorelei...", She turns feeling his bulge "with pleasure"...Ross looks at Superman "First we get you a new suit and then...", Superman interupts "I know, I know then the Columbians wake up and smell the coffee!"
