The Next Day At Work

"The fuck is this?" Monica looked at a bulletin posted on the front entrance.

The post read: "All female employees are welcome to add to their outstanding responsibilities offering 'moral' support and appropriate physical affection to their male colleagues. Male employees may rate the affection they receive and female employees exceptional in this regard can receive a raise relative to improved male workplace efficiency. The program is not mandatory, but highly recommended if you want to be a team player!"

"The fuck?!" Monica exclaimed again, she was in complete disbelief. She looked around, hoping no one was reading the post. It was ridiculous, the sexist nature of the bulletin. Did her bosses really approve this? Was this part of some of the company 'restructuring' she heard about or was it just some joke?

"Good morning, Monica!" Lyla was behind Monica walking towards her, she was carrying a cup of coffee. Her suit jacket was open, and she was wearing a lacy black bra that barely held her voluminous bosom in place.

"I have no words, Lyla. Have you read this bulletin?" Monica was shocked and pointed at the entrance door.

"Of course, I approved it. The new Brand Adjustor made quite the case for me to approve the incentive program. It was very persuasive." The HR Head winked.

"This is the most sexist thing I've ever seen! Is the CEO on board with this?! The Board of Directors?!" Monica couldn't believe it.
"The Board approved the new BA to use whatever means to fix the company, so they don't care as long as it yields results. Kylie is far too busy to care, as a matter of fact, I think she is in Geneva right now at a convention."

(Monica, Status: Fuming)

"What does this 'incentive program' have to do with fixing the company?" Monica was getting angry, and her tone became much more harsh.
"Production is down, distribution is down, and sales are down. Men work in those departments. Men are much more susceptible to being motivated through incentives, and we have the best incentives of all: us women. It's no secret men like female attention. We'll be the key to motivating our male colleagues and bringing up their efficiency. It's simple."

"It's simple, my ass. It's fucking bullshit! It's a stupid incentive that will never work." Monica was seething.

"Look at you, all hot and bothered. Don't get so worked up. It's not mandatory, you don't have to participate. I'd say that's the best part of the plan, women will only work the program if they want to." Lyla giggled.
"You're just happy that you can be some man's slut without a problem. I imagine you get a pay bump for good performance, huh?"

"You know it hun." Lyla sips her coffee and goes past Monica into the building. Monica followed.

"Hey! So this Brand Adjustor creep that came up with this program, who is he?" Monica caught up with Lyla, her heels clicking the tile floor.
"You might know him, he entered my office yesterday not even a little after you left. Did you? He was rather handsome." Lyla teased.

"Fuck." Monica thought, her blood boiling. The man who stared at her. She should have known it was him. He looked like the kind of man who would approve a plan like this.

"So where is this 'Brand Adjustor?'" Monica asked.
"In his office, it's located on the 5th floor usually, why?"
"I'd like to give him a piece of my mind."

"Oh, Monica, you're so cute when you're mad." Lyla was clearly amused. "It's not a good idea. Just go and be a good secretary like your supposed to." Lyla started walking away.

Monica fumed all the way to her department.
