The Newbie Arrives

All but two of the glitches (three, counting the absent Tania) were watching with curiosity at the windows as the Limo pulled into the drive of the mansion. Noelle and Barbie still hadn't emerged from whatever it was they had been doing together overnight, which meant Sophie was still only a few inches tall and Maggie still resembled a tiger. At least that might give the new girl an immediate clue that everything going on in the mansion wasn't just special effects.

"Okay, she's getting out!" Abi announced excitedly as the car door swung open,

"Oh my God, she's stunning!" Laura, who still had her arm wrapped around Maggie's waist, despite Liv's disapproving glares, practically drooled.

"Yeah, at least she looks like a glitch" Tina admitted.

"What's with the massive headphones though?" Leilani wondered "She's talking to the driver with them on. Are they just for show?"

"Look at how much luggage she has!" Sophie squeaked, Abi having lifted her up so she could get a clear view "I thought she was supposed to be doing this naked?"

As Nari walked up the drive the glitches all moved away from the window, pretending they hadn't all been observing her arrival so closely. The final glitch adjusted her hair nervously before ringing on the doorbell. Moments later it swung open to reveal a smiling Lucy.

"Welcome to the mansion!" Lucy pulled Nari into close contact with her naked body for a hug before ushering her inside.

The newbie quickly introduced herself to everyone present, gladly accepting welcome hugs from almost all of those present. The only glitch who kept their distance was Lexie. Melanie recalled how she had done the same thing when Naked Club had first arrived at the glitches US HQ. The new girl seemed laid back and friendly and knew everyone's name.

"Oh wow Maggie, that is some of the hottest cosplay I have ever seen!" Nari blushed a little as she hugged the tiger girl.

"Yeah, tell me about it" Laura grinned before claiming Maggie back.

Nari was even more shocked to see Sophie sitting in Abigail's palm as if nothing were amiss.

"Oh wow, the special effects in this place are off the charts!"

"Yeah, special effects" Sophie nodded. Since she was too dinky to hug, Nari offered her finger which Sophie shook with her whole hand.

Nari seemed most excited when she came to Chelsea.

"Oh, sorry to be such a fangirl but I'm obsessed with you! No offence to anyone else, but you are my absolute favourite!" Nari gushed.

"What, really?" Chelsea blushed a little. She still couldn't understand her status as one of the most popular glitches.

"Of course, I never miss your showers. Sorry, too much information!"

"No, it's fine" Chelsea's face reddened further.

"Not to put you on the spot, but aren't you going naked here?" Lucy wondered as she looked at Nari's luggage. She was pretty sure she would be the one getting grief from the station if that didn't happen. Now it was Nari's turn to go red.

"Oh, I will be, I intend to be a full on glitch" the gamer girl answered "My luggage is pretty much all my PC and consoles. Though I have to admit, I am finding the whole nudity thing a bit daunting now this is all actually happening"

"You'll get used to it" Mel encouraged her warmly.

"I think when I have a shower later, I just won't get dressed afterwards. That should give me a few hours to get used to the idea" Nari decided.

"So, you'll be rooming with me" Anna stepped forward.

It wasn't the most natural partnership. Anna was the second oldest glitch and Nari the second youngest. If the two women from the charity shop hadn't joined, they would literally have been right at the two **** ends of the age range. On top of that, Anna had no interest whatsoever in Tik Tok or gaming. But she was kind and hospitable and had made it her mission to ensure Nari integrated seamlessly into the group.

"Great, lead the way, I'll follow!" the new girl smiled politely.

"Aww, I think she's really sweet!" Cassie decided as Anna and Nari walked off together.

"Yeah, so far I don't hate her at all" Lexie agreed "But I still think this is the last thing we needed right now"
