The Naked Detainee

"First things first. You are now now a detainee of the Ministry of Magic, under my supervision. As such you forfeit your right to just about everything until I have decided what to do with you. That includes your clothes"

Hermione flicked her wand at James again and suddenly everything he had been wearing simply disappeared. He was stood completely naked in the street in front of a perfect Emma Watson lookalike who was staring apologetically at his dick. To make matters worse, it was pretty cold outside without any clothing. He went to cover his modesty nut Hermione pointed her wand at him threateningly.

"Keep your hands by your sides where I can see them!"

Still unable to talk, James looked around and wondered why nobody else in the street seemed to be reacting to his nudity.

"Don't worry, I've placed a cloaking spell on you. As far as any Muggles are concerned you still appear fully clothed. I don't want to cause a scene, after all. Only those with magical abilities will be able to see you naked."

James was about to breathe a sigh of relief, but stopped when he noticed Hermione smirking.

"So it is unfortunate for you that you will soon be surrounded by them. You wanted to find out all about magic James, and now you will. I am taking you with me back to the Ministry."
