The Memory

The memory that the were both recalling was from a summer night two years prior. Will and Shelby had gathered to spend the weekend at one of their classmates family lake house with a small group of friends from school. It was a great chance to reconnect after a month away over the long summer, but in reality it was an excuse to party and let loose after being trapped at home with their parents for 4 weeks.

Will remembered his disbelief at Shelby’s boldness in standing up from the circle and walking out to the well lit back deck that was very easy to look out onto through the houses large windows. At the time he was in a relationship, but couldn’t help himself as he watched his blonde friend start to strip off on the back deck.

Shelby had always been on the curvier side but that wasn’t a bad thing in Will’s eyes. Her long curly blonde hair flowed over her shoulders and halfway down her back.
