The Maxi dress

After pondering, Miri bit her lip and pointed to the maxi dress. “That one. But can we do it in a light tan? That should highlight my dark skin nicely.”

“Good point. And excellent choice,” Master Gus approved. He rang a bell, summoning his lovely assistant, Fiona. “Fiona, could you get Corset D27.69 ready? Our customer has agreed to speak for it.”

“Yes, master.” The freckled dwarf girl nodded and scurried off on her task.

“While we wait, shall we discuss payment?” the blond dwarf master asked, sipping on a teacup.

“Oh, yes. How much do I owe you?” Miri agreed queasily. He offered her a biscuit, which the brunette politely refused.

“The maxi dress, sketches, and corset will set you back 85 platinum,” Gus grabbed a piece of paper and handed it over to Miri. The paper had approximates of each portion of the process, and his estimation made sense according to that breakdown.

Miri paled, “Oh. Wow. May I speak with Alvinia?”

“Of course. I’ll leave you to it,” The bearded dwarf sat down and started working on another sketch.

Worried, the brunette walked around the impressive shop until she came across Alvinia. The blonde elf had a boa wrapped around her neck and was leafing through a rack of women’s coat’s. She looked up at Miri’s approach and smiled warmly. “How’d it go?”

“It was fun. Until Gus revealed his prices…” Miri sighed. “I don’t know if I can afford his work; it’s quality, but it would nearly bankrupt me.”

Alvinia shrugged, “Yea. That’s tough. But you can earn money, whore.”

“What did you call me!?” Miriamelle froze, panic etched on her face.

“I heard what you said to Master Gus… It’s a good plan. Does the term upset you?”

“Yes!” Miri cried, looking around to see if anyone had noticed her outburst. She closed her eyes and took a steadying breath. Exhaling, Miri admitted, “I’m having a hard time reconciling how slutty I’ve acted. It’s even harder to rationalize fucking for money.”

Alvinia pulled the distraught girl into a hug. Calmly, the elf whispered, “hush. You’re a strong, independent, woman. You are making the best of a bad situation. Likewise, you have agency, and you have enjoyed your liberation. Do I speak true or false?”

Miri reciprocated, smelling the natural feminine scent of the elf. “Thank you. You speak true. Where I come from, a sexually liberated woman is often made a pariah, and I’m scared of that eventuality.”

“Let me give you some advice.”

“Always.”

“Remember to stay calm. Plan your next moves. If you’re **** into a bad situation, make the best of it. Panic never helps,” Alvinia tenderly kissed Miri’s forehead. “Now. What’s your next move?”

“There’s only two, right? Either convince him to lower the price or pay the full cost,” Miri though aloud. Alvinia nodded. The busty brunette continued, “I don’t mind fucking him; it would be a way of experiencing whoring without knowing a John Doe… and if I pay full price, then I’d be **** into whoring regardless. This way, I control my narrative.”

“Excellent. Now, go get ‘em, Butterfly,” Alvinia turned Miri around toward the far-off desk and slapped her ass.

Rubbing her ass, Miri walked over to toward the dwarf. Still silently debating her plan; should she fuck him to lower the price, pay full price, or shop somewhere else.
