The Man in the High Dorm

This is an alternate timeline where Voldemort successfully killed Harry and won the war, dominating the wizarding world. Muggles are treated like cattle.

He enacted a law called the Pure Breeding Program with the following regulations:

- Only the children of pureblood wizards and witches are considered purebloods.

- Pureblood wizards have the right to have sexual relations with half-breeds and Muggle-born without consent. If a half-breed or Muggle-born becomes pregnant, abortion is prohibited.

- All male infants born to Muggle families, if confirmed as wizards, will be forced to take a Gender-Bending Potion and raised as girls.

- Pureblood wizards can only marry purebloods or half-breeds. They can have children with Muggle-born, but in that case, the Muggle-born will be treated as a sex slave, not a partner.

- Half-bloods can marry Muggle-born.

- Marriage to non-human creatures (werewolves, giants, etc.) is forbidden. Children with non-human parents are considered Muggle-born, regardless of their ancestry.

Background Settings:

- All students must be 18 years of age or older.

- Students are no longer sorted into different houses. Slytherin is the only house, but to maintain competitiveness for the Cup, it is divided into four dormitories:

+ Base Dorm: Located in the Slytherin common room. For pureblood male students.

+ West Dorm: Located in the Ravenclaw common room. For pureblood girls.

+ East Dorm: Located in the Hufflepuff common room. For half-blood students.

+ High Dorm: Located in the Gryffindor common room. For Muggle-born students.

- Voldemort lost all his Horcruxes except Nagini.
