The lost and found office of many places can have many odd items, like wedding dresses and urns filled with ashes, in addition to the normal items. The Superhero Dispatch Network is much the same... except with more magical and superscience items. To the point that one job of heroes and staff is the tally of lost items to see if anything weird is there.

Such as Torrance Branch. The issue is that in this office is now a lamp containing an Ifrit named Inara. So is the one who discovers the lustful elemental in the lamp?
