The JL Watch Tower

In the Batcave you punch the location and your security clearance password into the newly built teleportation machine and are transported to the Justice League Watch Tower.

Their are a few heroes in the main, open area you are transported to. Some greet you, others don't, and you begin to make your way through hallways and rooms.

Yes, Gotham is your city and needs your attention however you believe that the entire world would be better off if the heros of earth would just kill their villains instead of letting them live to break our of prison again and again.

In light of this, you have decided to steel the designs for mind controlling devices and make them yourself. Now, you can either kill the heros who would stop you from killing their villains or you could plant mind control chips on them.

The problem is that you have to weaken the hero, or heroine, and make her **** for the chip to work.
