The Impregnator

Lots of evil villains lurk in the shadows of Crime City. But there is none eviler than the Impregnator. This dastardly villain is known to kidnap college and high school cheerleaders by the bus loads, just to impregnate them against their will to give birth to an army of his special mutant soldiers.

Today, we find the Impregnator on all of Crime City's TV networks, taunting one superheroine in particular. That superheroine is none other than Power Woman!
