The Hunger Games

After a terrible war, the world got divided into a ruling Capitol and the twelve districts surrounding it. These districts were poor and mainly used to provide for the wealthy lifestyle of the Capitol. As punishment for rebellions of the past, 24 young adults - two of every district - get sent to compete in a tournament. While the first few editions had the goal of being the last one standing, this didn't prove very popular within the Capitol, and so they changed the rules. The arenas had remained the same, but the objective for the tributes was to make all the other tributes cum before they did so themselves...

And so, 'Hunger' Games became to have a double meaning.
