The Human Reform League [World Superpower]

The Human Reform League (HRL) is one of The Three Major World Powers During 2174 AD. Its Territories include Russia (East of The Ural Mountain Range), Pokolistan, Mongolia, China, India, Some Countries of South Asia, Ceylon (Sri Lanka), The Former Korean Peninsula, Taiwan, Georgia, Armenia, Southeast Asia and Papua New Guinea. They own The Orbital Elevator off The coast of Australia, Near The Republic of Nauru, Northeast of The Solomon Islands and Papua New Guinea.

The Human Reform League is a notoriously isolationist supranational politico-economic community consisting of China, Russia, The Nations of South Asia (India and Bangladesh, with the exception of Afghanistan and Pakistan), Mongolia, The Member States of The ASEAN, Timor Leste, Papua New Guinea, The Korean Peninsula, and Taiwan. It controls the second-completed of The Three Orbital Elevators. The chairperson who serves as the head of government resides in the capital, which is located somewhere in China. The HRL currently operates the space colony, Quanqiu, at Lagrange Point L4, where one of the laboratories of The Super Soldier Special Duty Organization was situated prior to its destruction by the forces of The Advanced European Union.

Though the exact nature of the HRL's Government is not clear owing to it's Intensely Xenophobic and Isolationistic Attitudes, It appears to be a Socialist Politico-Economic Entity.

The Internationale -

The HRL currently operates The Orbital Station, The Internationale, that is connected to their Space Elevator Tianzhu (天柱). The Internationale has been the target of numerous terrorist attacks that have thus far been thwarted by the intervention of it's advanced weaponry and military might which rivals both The AEU and The Union.

The Super Human Research Institute -

The HRL has secretly developed a "Super Soldier" facility (Super Human Research Institute) to create ideal soldiers for their military purposes in flagrant disregard to The terms and accords of The Darwin Treaty which bans excessive genetic engineering especially in a Military context.

The HRL authorities take orphaned and abandoned children (e.g. refugees) to these facilities as fodder for The Super Soldier Program's Inhumane Experiments.

Tian -

Tian (or Tu'an) is a South East Asian Republic (or SEAR) where Meta-Humans were developed between 2132 and 2143 en masse in The Human Reform League's plans to create New Weapons in The Meta-Human Arms Race. With a Meta-Human Population exceeding 200,000 (Approximately 217,700) The Rest of The World was understandably concerned. Tian which until that point had been located in Thailand was relocated.

The newly christened Tian is "The Heavenly Floating City" of The HRL (Human Reform League) located far above The Skyline of Bangkok and is only one of nearly a dozen floating cities which are home to many of The World's remaining Superhumans and Human Sympathizers. These "Heavenly Cities" are ruled by the brothers Kuan-Yin and Shen-Yin.

It is watched closely by both The AEU and The Union.

Space Colony Quanqiu -

The HRL currently operates The Space Colony Quanqiu (全球) at Lagrange Point L4, where one of the laboratories of the Super Soldier Special Duty Organization was situated prior to its destruction at the hands of a combined **** **** of The AEU and The Union. One of the few instances where the two powers agreed on anything.

Chobu -

After tensions with The AEU and The Union began to increase, The HRL created The Chobu (similar to The Overflags of The Union) which is a special forces unit comprised of HRL Super Soldiers to eliminate any and all threats to The HRL with **** prejudice and overwhelming ****.

Note: The Country Designation of Korea Ceased To Exist in 2023 When It Became Part of The Republic of South East Asia Which Itself Became Part of The HRL. Korea Is Now Considered Part of China.
