Rachel Whorley was petite with small breasts and narrow hips. She had a pretty face and came from a working-class family and had to work after school as soon as she turned 19. She worked at a fast-food place. She was bullied in high school for "having the body of an 11-year-old," but soldiered on and graduated with honors.

She went to college where no sorority seemed interested in her. She developed a resentment towards good looking popular people who seemed to have no problem in social situations and making friends.

One day she found a curious watch in the park as she was looking for a quiet place to read.

The watch was magical, and she would soon find out how it worked.
