Walt had locked onto his target and as soon as she came through the gate he barreled into her carrying her back through.

Omega Sentinel howled and struck at and struggled with him as they careened around trading blows. "Iron Man? Fool! We were so close! Years of planning! Preparations! It's not too late! We can still stop the mutant menace-"

Walt shook his head as they banged around right where he'd hoped... The Forge. Orchis HQ. "Iron Shadow. The "man" is dead. And give it up. This was never about the mutants. You don't fool me. It's about after." He looked into her eyes. "Is there any of Ms Shapandar in there at all?"

"No," Omega Sentinel smiled happily. "She died. I killed her after coming from my timeline. Took over her body. Something greater. Something machine! It's not too late to save this world-"

Walt shook his head and blasted her pointblank with the unibeam set on "Can opener". The powerful beam of energy ripped her body in half. "It is. In a way I'm no better than you... but I am different. There'll be no Machine Dominion here. Not that way, not on my watch."

"You think so?" She asked smiling as her nanotechnology began spreading and interfacing with the suit. "You blundered fool! Now you're... mine?" She blinked.

Something was wrong as she accessed the system. She was suddenly in a cyberspace virtual construct. A voice behind her said, "I don't think so."

She turned and there was a young woman in a skirt. She had unnaturally green eyes and redhair of an unusual shade almost a vibrant pinkish hue with a bow in her hair. "Who are you?"

She smiled. "My original designation was Female Replacement Intelligent Digital Assistant Youth but that was a long, longtime ago. I'm not sure "youth" still applies but I suppose age is simply a meaningless construct as well to us. Still I like to appear "youthful" when possible. I'd like to thank you for coming to visit... but you weren't invited."

Omega Sentinel lashed out at her but she digitally disappeared then reappeared again and again. "You're just an AI! You don't stand a chance!"

F.R.I.D.A.Y's started appearing surrounding the area in 360° degrees closing in on her. "I had a "twin sister" here in this world as well as other "siblings" including Just a Rather Very Intelligent System and others. Now I have a new "sister" named Penny. Hostile system detected. Initiating countermeasures." They quickly tackled her, surrounded her in a virtual mass burying her in a swarm incapacitating her before reforming into a massive fist. The massive F.R.I.D.A.Y towered over her captive. "Eliminating the threat. Apologies Omega Sentinel but it's time for you to go. Thank you for visiting." She squeezed her fist.

"You've... ruined... ev...ery... t-th... ing..." the machine's vocals stuttered and squawked at Walt as the speakers crackled and buzzed before going silent.

"Sorry but I ain't sorry. You killed Ms Shapandar and that's all we really needed to know," He dropped her broken husk and flew through The Forge towards the heart. The Mother Mold. He armed the device that Friday had sent with the suit. "This world doesn't need Orchis or this thing. Time to clean house. Friday?"

(("Nearly finished, Sir... complete. We have their data and complete system access thanks to Omega Sentinel's blunder. We can reverse the gates back anytime."))

Walt nodded planting the bomb. "Good. Sorry you had to do that, Fri. Thank you. Send the signal to begin final cleanup. Get everyone back through the gates and pitch Orchis through as well. Especially Nimrod and Moira-X. They're also too much trouble," Once he'd gotten a ways away he deactivated the stealth and started opening fire. "I'll cause a distraction until it's done!"

(("You're being reckless, again."))

He smirked blasting two more Orchid agents and leading them on a chase. "You're not wrong. You worried, Friday?"

(("Not that reckless. I've seen you do much worse, Sir. Mind the creatures."))

Walt chuckled narrowly avoiding a Gorilla. "Good advice. Their senses are-"

He blinked quickly looking around. They suddenly were in a different space entirely. Odd strange arches filled with color stood out against the backdrop of the void. "... sharp. Looks like we're not in Kansas. Well now who's this?"

A beautiful redskined woman with white hair, revealing suit, cape and face mask surrounded by glowing orbs started walking through one arch and appeared in another. "Greetings," she said. "You may call me Mother Righteous."
