The Evil Doctor Watts

Little did Penny know that the person secretly following her was none other than Doctor Watts, a former scientist from Atlas who was currently working together with Salem in order to undermine the Atlas kingdom's efforts and have his revenge on General Ironwood for denying his genius. Considering he once worked alongside Penny's father back in the day it only seemed appropriate to use her to exact his revenge on those who wronged him and what better way than to use a personally designed virus, he'd been working on for just such an occasion. For now, though he decided to keep his distance and wait for the opportune time to inject Penny with the virus. Just thinking of all the things, he could make her do once he had control over her was making him giddy with anticipation.
