The Emerald Forest

Aurora followed the path bravely mounted high up on her horse trotting steadily along. With her black sword she swiftly severed away the various branches and vines that dared block her path. The Emerald Forest seemed to be teaming with life with strange sounds echoing all around. The overgrown path became more dense with thick vines and wild bushes as she got deeper into the forest.

The trees became so thick that the sunlight could barely penetrate the canopy making the forest glow with an emerald green. The gem mounted on Aurora's chest plate began glow with an intense beam leading the lady paladin to what ever treasures might await her.

Off into the bushes could hear a noise. Sounded like something was coming......
