The Dragons

The Dragons are a gang backed by the Yakuzas. They control the city with casinos and other high value businesses, with street racing and prostitution on the side. They are honourable to a fault. The Dragons are led by the arrogant and image obsessed Chaka Chisaka.

Well, at least the branch in America. Chaka still answers to his father based in Japan. He is basically a Yakuza royal brat with dyed blonde hair that grew up in America. However he has partnered the Dragons with Motor Union, a mega-corp, gaining them access to the company's lawyers and PR team in exchange for protecting Motor Union's properties, securing the gang a reliable and lucrative income.

He resents his top enforcer, Ginji Kuroda, because his father holds him in higher regard. Ginji is a tall, muscled, breaded bald guy with a long thin scar on his left eye. He also always wears shades. Chaka's sister, Yukio Chisaka, lives with him and Ginji.

Yukio is 18 years old and has long dark hair and glasses. The Chisaka clan don't really want her in the criminal life. Johnny called them, asking for a job. It turned out that today, Chaka had received reports that one of the Dragon's casinos had been robbed by the Vanguard.

"It was only two men. One of them was the Vanguard's boss himself."

"Your father won't be happy about this." said Ginji.

"He doesn't need to know." said Chaka. "You are going to wipe them out."

"Consider it done." said Genji.

"Take Johnny with you. I wanna see how he does."
