The Dolphin Sentimonster, Phalanthus

Without warning, a massive beast leaped out from the canal, an explosion of water raining over heroes and hapless civilians alike.

The beast was a bright red with accents of black and white all over its body. Its eyes bulged from its head, glancing in two different directions. Just by looking at it, you couldn't tell if it was some kind of bottom-feeding fish or some kind of whale.

Dark Cupid perched on the beast's head, the capsule on his right wrist glowing a menacing red as he gave a satisfied stare. Then he pulled out nearly a dozen arrows and fired them all at once into the air, each of the arrows hitting a different person, collapsing to the ground with overwhelming despair.

"Let's see you try and avoid my arrows and save all these people at the same time. Phalanthus, dinner time!"

The red and black leviathan showed off its various teeth in a roar as it flopped around, its massive size shaking the ground as it inched its way to the various civilians too overwhelmed with sorrow to notice.
