The Dee Dees

Delia and Deidre Dennis, aka Dee Dee of the Jokerz, were beig chewed out by their grandmother Harleen Quinzel. The identical twins were listening as Harley was going through some of the loot they had stolen. How the clown criminals were breaking their heart, and how she had tried to raise them up right. While doing that, she was holding a golden bracelet with six different colour gems.

Harley was finishing up with, "Well, joke's on you. The gold isn't top quality on this thing, and the gems must be costume since they don't like any precious or semi-precious gems I know. And I should know.

Why can't you go find a nice boy to fall in love with? Like that new Batman. If I had gone after him instead of the clown, I wouldn't have most of the headaches I have in life."

She toss the bracelet back at them, as she told them to return it, or she could give them a whooping they would never forget. One of the Dee Dees notice the gems on the bracelet light up slightly, as she felt her mind change on one topic. As Harley walked away, one of them spoke to her sister.

"Dee Dee, are you feeling something new for a certain flying mouse right now?" asked, one of the identicals.

"Yeah, Dee Dee. Just thinking Nanna was right for once. Terry is looking real good to me right now. Wondering if we should steal him from his lil' Dana." said the other, as she licked her lips.

"Me too. But I noticed the gems on this bracelet light up after she said it and before I started thinking more on Bathunk. Given the old stories, including Nanna's, and now am wondering if it's some kind of doodad. Maybe magic, maybe advance science like power rings. I'm wondering what this can do..." said the first one, as they smiled as they figured this might be fun.
