The founder, Antonio DeLuca, was an Italian immigrant, who worked for other crime cartels as a lower errand boy when he has just a kid. But he was smart enough to learn and raise in the hierarchy. Later, he murdered his superior and blamed a rival for it. this allowed him to take control over the gang. When the cartel found out the truth, it was too late. He already was supported by too many gang members and his family was not a bunch of helpless, poor immigrants anymore.

With some befriended assassins he was able to kill the head of the next higher crime boss and take his place and subordinates. Since he employed the people to better conditions, it was difficult for the other crime lords to get information or traitors. In the end, they were **** to accept the DeLuca-family as an equal crime organization and included them in their network. With the age of 78, Antonio DeLuca was arrested and should face a huge mob process. But he died two months before the first day in court. His case was never fully solved.

Under Antonio’s son and grandson, Vinnie and Marco DeLuca, the family tried to gain more influence on the black market, but your father and grandfather always kept the control, which lead to a silent but very tense relationship, including threats, arson and some murders. But peace talks and interventions from other business partners prevented a real gang war so far.

There were several investigations against the crime organization, but the well-trained hitmen and mercenaries of the family make sure no witness survives long enough to testify. Still, a special investigation team of the FBI was able to arrest several hitmen and at least two minor family members in the last four years.
